Decathlon Sailing Store Design
The design and installation of a new retail space within Tribord’s Sailing Lab in La Rochelle, France. Set within an existing product development centre, the project brings together spatial design, visual merchandising and bespoke retail fixtures to create an engaging shopping experience, while preserving the technical and industrial character of the environment.
Working closely with Decathlon and the Tribord team, Our Way Studio led the project from initial concept through to final design development and installation. Across multiple design phases, we developed the spatial concept, technical drawings and a coherent visual language for the retail environment.
Our work encompassed spatial design, visual merchandising, graphic communication and product displays. From bespoke retail fixtures to signage, digital integration and material selection, every element was carefully considered to create an intuitive retail experience while retaining the technical and industrial character of the Sailing Lab.
The result is a functional and engaging retail environment that connects customers with Tribord’s products, innovations and the world of sailing.
